Booking and cancellation policy
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure your treatment is completed to its full potential.
For all new clients and any treatment booked over an hour we will be taking a 50% deposit. this can be paid by cash, card or gift voucher. this booking fee will be deducted off your treatment on the day. if not arrives or cancelled last minute your booking fee will be forfeited and you will not be able to redeem at any later stage.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please try and notify us within 24 hours before your appointment. if you reschedule within the 24hours your booking fee will be carried over to your next appointment. we will need a phone call for your cancellations.
